The past week has continued to be unseasonably warm. We had little wind, some funky water out to 3-400 feet and lots of moon jellies. Offshore fishing has slowed down a bit, but there are a few dolphin, sailfish and tunas around. Reef fishing for yellowtail has been good, at least they like the dirty water. The green water has pushed out to around 400 feet, but the tunas are in it feeding on small baitfish around the jellyfish. We caught a few wednesday anywhere from 180 to 300 feet. Also the patch reef fishing has been decent. We had some nice red and black groupers, muttons, mangroves, sharks, and mackerel to keep rods bent in the slow time of midday. I still have some open spots for split charters next week. We are supposed to get some wind from the east starting tomorrow, and that may make the offshore fishing a bit better. Split charters are half the cost and for up to 2 people. I can be reached at 305-923-6977. Thanks!
